1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing skelinx.com or engaging Skelinx for any service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Definitions
- "Skelinx," "we," "us" refers to Skelinx Studio, founded 2021, operating remotely.
- "Client," "you" refers to the individual or business engaging our services.
- "Services" refers to content production, design, video, advertising management, and related deliverables.
- "Deliverables" refers to assets we produce on your behalf.
3. Services
We provide content production services as described on skelinx.com and in your individual service agreement or quote. Specific deliverables, quantities, and timelines are defined per engagement.
4. Payment Terms
- Monthly subscription billing in advance, net 0
- Quote-based engagements: 50% on signing, 50% on delivery unless otherwise agreed
- Payment via Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Payoneer, bank transfer, or USDT
- Late payments may result in service pause after 15 days
5. Ownership and IP
Upon full payment, all ownership and commercial rights to the Deliverables transfer to the Client. Skelinx retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure arrangement is agreed in writing.
6. Cancellation
After your first 30 days, services are month-to-month. You may cancel with 7 days' written notice. Outstanding work paid for will be completed; no refunds on cancelled mid-cycle subscriptions outside the 30-day guarantee window.

8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Skelinx services to produce content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party intellectual property, or violates platform terms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, etc.).
9. Disclaimers
Services are provided "as is." Skelinx does not guarantee specific results (follower counts, revenue, ROAS, conversions). All performance metrics referenced on this site are observed historical outcomes for specific clients, not promises.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skelinx's aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients at least 14 days before taking effect.
