30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If, within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you decide Skelinx isn't the right fit, we will refund your full first month's payment. No forms, no friction, no requirement to justify the decision.
What's covered
- New monthly subscriptions to any of the three Fixed Packages (Starter, Pro, Premium)
- New Bundle Builder subscriptions
What's not covered
- Renewal months after the first 30 days
- One-time engagements (e.g. enterprise quotes, project-based work) — these have separate terms set in the project agreement
- Custom AI voice/avatar training (one-time fee, non-refundable once delivery has begun)
- Quarterly or annual prepayments after the 30-day window has passed (prorated cancellation applies; see below)
After the First 30 Days
After day 30, services move to month-to-month. You may cancel anytime with 7 days' written notice. Outstanding deliverables that have been paid for will be completed before account closure.
Quarterly subscriptions
If you cancel a quarterly plan after day 30 but before the end of the quarter, the remaining months will be prorated and refunded after deducting the first month at the standard monthly rate (since quarterly carries a 10% bundle discount).
Annual subscriptions
If you cancel an annual plan after day 30, the remaining months will be prorated and refunded after deducting the months consumed at the standard monthly rate (since annual carries a 20% bundle discount).
How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Email hello@skelinx.com or message us in your shared workspace. We'll confirm receipt within 24 hours and process refunds via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If you and Skelinx disagree on whether work was delivered as agreed, we'll first try to resolve it directly via your account contact. If we can't, mediation through a mutually-agreed third party is the next step before any other action.
